岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities)：            

1、开发当地目标客户：大型流通农资企业客户；

Develop local customers: key distributors in target country

2、针对现有客户的跟进和维护：

Customer follow-up and management:

（1）、和客户沟通、跟进产品在客户的一级（经销商）、二级渠道分销（零售商）、动销进度；（大型流通型贸易客户新客户开发、生产制造型新客户开发、大型种植基地客户开发以及推动二级渠道分销）

Communication with customers, trace distribution and sales of dealers and retailers ( find new customers in trade-oriented and production-oriented enterprises, large-scale plantations, and promote the distribution on retailers)

（2）、搜集整理产品推广销售过程中的主要分销、动销信息，并且提出改进意见和方案；

Collect distribution and sales information in the process of product promotion and sales, and provide suggestions and solutions for improvement;

3、产品渠道建设的执行：核心经销商、核心零售商铺货方案的推动和执行；

Implement channel development: Promotion and implementation of distribution plans for key dealers and retailers

4、属地化渠道店面生动化、宣传工具的方案制定和执行；

Plan and implementation of local channel storefronts and promotion tools

5、对客户销售和推广团队进行产品技术培训，对渠道经销商和零售店进行产品

销售推广和技术培训；

Provide training and technical support to customers’ teams, dealers and retailers

6、试验示范推广： 协同客户进行试验示范田建设，执行，结果反馈和汇总；

Field trials and demonstration: assist customers to conduct field trials and demonstration, and collect and feedback field results and data

7、属地化媒体和销售推广的方案制定和执行；

Plan and implementation of local media and sales promotion

8、执行总部事业部下达的各项工作动作；

Implement tasks of Chengdu Newsun.

9、每日、每周、每月定期向事业部进行工作汇报；

Job reports daily, weekly and monthly.    

任职要求(Job Requirements)：                      

1、 外语要求：熟练掌握当地官方语言听说读写流利；

Language ability: excellent local language skills in spelling and speaking

2、具有农化行业渠道开发、销售和推广3-5年以上经验，有当地客户资源；

3-5 years’ experience in channel development, sales and promotion in agrochemicals, local resources required

3、外企(如拜耳、巴斯夫、先正达等)或本土知名农资企业从业经验优先；

Have job experience in multinational companies (Bayer, BASF, Syngenta and etc.) or the top local distribution company or manufacturers

4、能够长期驻外；

Able to work in field for long time
