On December 25, 2019, Chengdu Newsun(preparatory) held an employee representative meeting and elected Li Maozhong as the company's employee representative supervisor.

On December 26, 2019, Chengdu Newsun held its inaugural meeting and the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2019. Li Rong and Tang Feng were elected as non employee representative supervisors, and Li Maozhong, the employee representative supervisor elected by the employee representative meeting, jointly formed the first board of supervisors of the company.
